Imagine looking for a legit company to do the best job
possible
Imagine calling a company to schedule an appointment on the
day you actually need
Imagine getting a call from that company, they're not
running late, they're running early
Imagine no up-sell, just a flat square footage rate

Imagine being relieved because the job done was simply
amazing

Best carpet cleaning service we've ever tried, and
we've tried quite a few. They showed up on time, were
very professional and fast! One pet stain came back and they
returned and got it out in no time. We won't need to
search for the best carpet cleaning anymore, we've found
it!

Imagine getting ready to toss out your sofa & loveseat,
and being saved from that fate in this tight economy by a
cleaning service.
Imagine thinking the cleaner isn't going to show up,
and getting a call before he's late to let you know he
is running late. He's asking if you are good with
travel time from his current position.
Imagine wanting the flexibility to add to the job, but
knowing the cleaner is behind schedule. You ask and the
answer is the fix you are hoping for, OR scheduling a full
job on another day. Your choice.
I can't imagine a better service. Why? Because just
the previous week I had Coit here to do the same job. First
words from the Coit representative, after viewing the couch
and loveseat, were that they couldn't be cleaned.
Stunned, I waited a beat, waiting for the explanation, the
bait and switch, whatever HAD TO COME NEXT. When nothing
came, I asked why. The answer was that they were too dirty,
they were cotton, they'd turn brown. For whatever
reason that reply was given -- Do people only have their
couches cleaned when they are clean? -- I can tell you that
they didn't turn brown. Cotton just requires a
different cleaner. And in this case, a great cleaning
service.
The rep was courteous, diligent, and neat. Due to drying
time being longer for the cushions, he asked if there was a
good place to put them outside. Cushions were dry in a few
hours outside and the furniture usable that evening. The
arms took overnight to dry thoroughly. The furniture looks
great! I checked on doing more as their prices are very
reasonable!

After signing a lease for a house in Mountain View, we
discovered that the carpets were quite stained, stinky, and
appeared worn. We hadn't noticed the strong dog smell
in the carpet. It was way beyond what we could tolerate.
Horrifying - with our first baby due in 2 months.
So after reading Genesis' informative web site, we
chose them to do their deep cleaning treatment plus odor
eliminator. They charge by the square foot.
The cleaning was extremely thorough and effective. The
service was excellent and very professional. We were quite
surprised that all of the smell and stains were actually
gone. The pile on the carpet was renewed. No more matted
down areas. There were no hidden fees or pressure to add
additional services.
These two guys know their business and do it as best as it
can be done. This isn't a cut-rate company employing
swing shift laborers. Genesis is very highly recommended.
We'll definitely use them again.
